CN Tower no longer world’s tallest
After holding the title of the tallest free standing structure for over 30 years, the CN Tower in Toronto has lost its moniker to the Burj Dubai tower which now stand 2 metres taller than the CN Tower which stands at 553 metres. When completed the Burj Dubai will top a whopping 800 metres high and have 165 stories of apartments, shops, hotel and office space.
I see that the CN Tower website now uses the tagline Canada’s National Tower.
